A very complex build on a postage stamp lot, for a great family in Lafayette CA. We excavated over 5000 yards of soil to create a new oasis in the backyard of this modern farm house. The new grounds are composed of two new outbuildings and a new pool, with new landscaping, decks and water features. Some of the amenities included a custom in-ground wine cellar, custom steam and sauna areas, soaking tub, hot tub, two fireplaces and BBQ area with prep. The result is a simply stunning modern refuge for a busy family of four.
