We excavated over 5000 yards of soil on this tight lot, to create an unexpected oasis in the backyard of this modern farm house. The new grounds are composed of two new outbuildings complete with sauna and steam rooms and an in-ground wine cellar. The landscaping boasts water features, multiple decks, fire pits and new drought tolerant landscaping.
Perched in Golden Gate heights with sweeping views of the City, this was the ideal location to build a families dream home. We were tasked to renovate their 1200 sq ft. Sunset Style house, and turn it into an approachable 3200 sq foot home, with modern sensibility and dramatic views.
ORTEGA
We renovated their family home of 35 years to include a new kitchen, two new baths, new skylights and a separate guest suite. The result hosts a narrative of tranquility, and a relaxed atmosphere for the next phase of their lives.
